1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your ArthroMD+ product. To be eligible, items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging. We do not accept returns for opened or used joint cream. See our Terms of Service for full conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Products that have been opened or partially used
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Items marked final sale
  • Personal care products once opened (for hygiene reasons)

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear images if the product is damaged. We’ll review your request and send instructions.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of refund approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was incorrect or faulty

5. Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra charge. For more on delivery, visit our Shipping Policy.

6. Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, send your request to our support team with order details.

7. Refunds Not Received

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary. If delays persist, contact our team and we’ll assist promptly.
