We aim to dispatch all ArthroMD+ orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received after 12 PM AEST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders over AUD $75 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s journey.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or result in non-delivery. Re-shipping fees may apply in such cases.
If delivery fails and the item is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. A new shipping fee may be required for resending the order.
If your parcel is marked delivered but not received, please check with your local courier service. We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation.
All ArthroMD+ orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure privacy. No product names will be visible on the exterior.
